A very interesting area of Real Estate is rental properties. This allows the investor to have a monthly cash flow over time. Today the market maximizes this product in spite of the constant increase in the pricing of properties, thus allowing the investor to enhance profitability and generate a significant return on investment.

Realty Miami Group offers its customers full-service rental management. We have the equipment and expertise necessary so that the investor does not have to worry about anything. We deal with the full rental management process, from finding the right tenant for your property, collecting rent, depositing into the account of our customers, even the minor property repairs that arise daily.

Property Management Fee:

  • Fee for Rent Contracts: it equals one month rent (when it is the first rent) and half a month rent when it is renovation of an existing contract.
  • Fee for Property Management: 8% monthly over the rent value. We do not charge any fee in case the property is not rented!!!

Our goal is that the administration of renting a property be simple and straightforward, without the owners having to worry about it every day.
